SELLERS: You can see a detailed report about your payment when you log into your Consignor Account (the same one you used to enter your tags!)…then go to “View Your Seller Report”. You will see a listing of your items, the prices at which they sold and any fees you might have had.

You can also go to “View Donation Report” to see what items you had donated after the sale. You can print that report off for your tax records if you need it.


💲 PAYMENT AFTER THE SALE 💲

OPTION ONE:   PAYPAL DEPOSIT

Your deposit will be sent to you via PayPal within 10 business days from the last day of our sale.  We will be using the email you provide to us at the time of your registration to send your PayPal funds.  PayPal will allow you to link your account to more than one email, so if the one you provide to Later Gator at registration is different from the email you have on file with PayPal, you can either change your PayPal email to the one you provide to us or add it as a secondary email on your account.    

NOTE: Later Gator reserves the right to change the method of payment no later than 2 weeks prior to payment being made.

IMPORTANT: Any changes to the email address you want Later Gator Sales to use for sending your PayPal Deposit MUST be updated in your Seller Account BEFORE the tagging system closes (which is about 48 hours prior to our first seller drop off).  

We encourage those of you who do not have PayPal, to set up your account in advance.  If you don’t have an account when we send the funds, PayPal will give you instructions in the email on creating an account to receive your funds.  If you are setting up your account for the first time, please note that PayPal will often send you an email to have you “verify” your account before funds will be placed in the account.  Based on our experience the last few years using PayPal for Seller Deposits, this is the main reason that causes a delay in people receiving their deposit from Later Gator!  

Once we send your deposit via PayPal, you will receive an email from them telling you that Later Gator Sales has sent you money!   Once you have your funds in PayPal, you can use the funds in your account for purchases or you can have the funds transferred to your bank account.  The PayPal customer service number is 1-888-221-1161 if you need help during any part of the process. 

OPTION 2:  CHECK VIA MAIL

If you choose NOT to use PayPal, you MUST let us know using our “CHECK REQUEST FORM” BEFORE the tagging system closes.   Sellers who choose NOT to receive their payments via PayPal will receive a check in the mail processed through our bank.  Please note, a $5 Admin fee will be deducted from your deposit before it is sent.   This will be processed the same day we send Seller Deposits via PayPal.  

If you submit the form after the deadline OR fail to submit the form at all and still choose not to accept the funds via PayPal, you may have to wait an additional 30 days from the time the payments are sent to all other sellers as PayPal holds funds sent for 30 days before returning unclaimed funds to us.   Please note, at this point an $8 Admin fee will be deducted from your deposit.  


HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR FUNDS FROM PAYPAL TO YOUR BANK… You should see your PayPal balance on the main screen of your PayPal page. Click on Transfer Money and follow the steps!

💥💥 PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of which way you choose to receive your payment (aka “deposit”) from Later Gator Sales any questions regarding payments must be received by Later Gator within 3 days of receipt of payment for a review to take place. After 3 days of receipt of payments, all payments will be considered FINAL - no exceptions.💥💥
